Daily Rates   •   (per person, per night with a minimum house charge)

Sunday – Thursday:   •   $30 per person, per night with a minimum of $150/night

Friday – Saturday:   •   $50 per person, per night with a minimum of $550/night

Holidays (*):   •   $50 per person, per night with a minimum of $550/night

*Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day

Deposits:   •    (non-refundable, required to confirm reservations/dates)

Day Use (*)   •   $15 per person/day

*Additional guests not staying over each night; use of house prior to standard check-in time or extended hours beyond standard checkout time.
