RATES

RATES (per person, not per room)

Sun – Thurs   $25 per person per night with a minimum of $125/night

Fri or Sat $45 per person per night with a minimum of $500/night

Holidays are weekend rates – Memorial Day, 4^th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas

Deposits:

Sun – Thurs $125 non-refundable deposit required to confirm reservation

Fri or Sat – $500 non-refundable deposit required to confirm reservation

Day Use – $10 per person/day

Wi-Fi – $15/night if requested

Meals – are only available now for your own “Take-Out Orders”.
